  • Bake Your Mark does not operate as a conventional bakery. We are a boutique operation based out of a shared-use commercial kitchen (not a retail storefront), producing delicious goodness and specializing in custom orders - which means desserts are crafted to order from start to finish.

  • No. We are not a retail store; all orders are custom-made by request. We do not carry desserts on hand.

  • Custom-made means we do not keep pre-prepared desserts at our location. All treats are made to order.

  • We are located at the Imagine Kitchen: 420P The Parkway Greer, SC 29650

  • We are a by-appointment-only shop.

  • We engage directly with all clients to ensure we truly understand your vision in order to create desserts that are both bespoke and delicious! As such, advance notice for orders is required.     Should you choose to move forward (& we hope you do!) we will then begin to dive into the details and help you create the perfect dessert menu for your event. We aim to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible!

  • The earlier the better! We will always try our best to accommodate your order if we have availability, but it is best to book early to secure your date and give us plenty of time to create a masterpiece! We only fulfill a limited number of orders each week and we book on a first come, first serve basis. Popular dates are often booked 3 to 4 weeks in advance. Orders placed 7 days or less may be subject to a Rush/Overtime fee if we cannot easily accommodate the order.

  • We do not have a general price list because each dessert is custom made for you! Pricing varies depending on the size, number of servings, design elements, and flavor choices, so it is not practical to list pricing for every dessert we can create. Please call 864-362-1886 or e-mail connect@bakeyourmark.com with specifics regarding your event, design ideas, and/or inspiration for a detailed quote.

  • We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All orders must be paid in full upon receipt of your invoice. Your order is not secured until payment is received in full, regardless of prior discussions.

  • No. The shared-used commercial kitchen is not a 100% allergen-free space and there is always the possibility of cross contact. Our menu offers several varieties of conventional baked goods that include many common allergens (e.g., eggs, dairy, soy, wheat, peanuts, and/or tree nuts), with most of our desserts containing gluten and/or dairy.

  • Yes. We can offer either wholesale or discounted pricing to many hotels, restaurants, clubs, coffee companies, and stores. If you hold a Resale License for food and would like more information or pricing, please submit an online inquiry here.

    If you’re a patron and would like to enjoy our desserts at your local coffee shop or find in your favorite gourmet store, please tell them about us – we’d love to share our delightful treats with everyone! Or drop us a note with the name of the location and we will be happy to reach out. Please be sure to include your name and any product requests.

  • Yes. Please send an email to connect@bakeyourmark.com with the organization or school. We offer a variety of treats perfect for fundraising. Whether you are fundraising on behalf of your school, religious group, sports team, or charitable organization, we are here to help you raise some dough!

  • Currently, we limit our donations to a few organizations. Please fill out the consultation form here to be considered.

  • We absolutely love collaborating with brands to create something special. Have an idea to share with us? Let’s connect!

  • Yes, delivery is available throughout South Carolina, as well as select areas of Georgia and North Carolina. Fees are based on mileage and any set-up labor required. Please contact us for a specific price quote based on your location and order details.

  • Yes. We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day Air. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we want to avoid warehouse storage and do not ship through the weekend.

    If you need an order for a weekend event please place the order by Monday, 12:00 PM so that you may receive it by end of the day Friday. *Certain limitations apply.

    We will provide you with a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

    Please note, we do not require a signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery.

    We reserve the right to delay or refuse shipping due to weather conditions. We will contact you if there is an issue.

  • All payments are non-refundable. For cancellations with at least two weeks’ notice, credit may be given for a future order, subject to the date being available. There will be no refund for orders canceled inside of two weeks.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring you have an exceptional experience with Bake Your Mark.

    If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at connect@bakeyourmark.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will review your request and work to make it right.

  • You are paying for excellence. Our prices are not only based on the quality of ingredients but the many hours that go into designing and creating your order. Depending on the design and detail, some desserts can take DAYS worth of meticulous work, not including the mixing & baking. Our goal is to provide YOU - our clients with a great product and we are confident you can taste and see the time and care we put into each order!
